Are your leaves falling? Are you ready for fall? I sure am!

Just looking at those photos, I feel the coolness of fall coming. These projects are fun and almost easy! Here are a few close up photos.

This project, the question is how much coloring do you want to do?

Love of Leaves Project:

Last year, Diane Long made a swap card (I show it in the video) using this set. I LOVE that card! I've had it sitting on my desk all this time. I even bought the bundle knowing I would be using it soon. She inspired me to make these cards.

The blackberry bliss ribbon/crushed curry base paper card was my second flavor. Ya, I was carried away with the leaves (and maybe the stormy weather out the back door) and added perhaps too much to this card. The card with the crushed curry double bow was the next attempt (trying to make it a bit less busy) and I still think that is my favorite. You know… Less is More …

Do you notice the die that makes those little perforations along the side of the card? I really like that little detail.

The card below includes the perforating lines die AND the tasteful textiles embossing folder. The texture from the embossing folder almost hides the work of the die… but it is still nice as a background.

Well!! I could not find any Happy Thanksgiving words. In the stamp set A Wish for Everything is the separate words Happy and small Thanksgiving, but that did not pack the punch I was looking for. SO… this project will be about being grateful and thinking of you, and maybe birthday (we have fall birthdays, right).
