February 101 Projects
Hello! Is it time? It is time to start stampin again? I've heard that from so many of you! I am certainly ready!
What do you think about these projects? … keep in mind it is hard to make 101 projects as I tend to over embellish and add more stuff…
Looking at those little pictures, do you feel spring in the air? If you have a chance, watch these videos in advance of class.
Both projects have quite a few flavors and not all involve coloring.
Oval Occasions Card:
I made this card to celebrate St. Patricks Day. The stamp set includes so many different sentiments. It is a great All Occasion set.
I know, I know… this would be a perfect Easter card. We will make a different Easter card next month. I just could not let that stamp sit inside the case… it is ADORABLE!
A Touch of Ink Card
This is a SAB (sale-a-bration) stamp set. That means it is FREE, you earn it with a $100 order! Free is always good!
Ya, this card involves coloring and cutting. Are you ever inspired by a stamp/set and just get to coloring and end up hours later with a beautiful piece of art… then realize you have been at it for hours? Ya… BUT, it is soooo pretty!
OH, Blending Brushes!!! Notice the soft glow behind each image? SU has a new toy, Blending Brushes. All I can say is my love for sponge daubers might be in jeopardy! These brushes are absolutely delightful and easy to achieve success.
The butterfly, you can use the two step stampin and don't need to color any of these images.
Cris, I colored the butterfly pink/purple for you!
The leaves inside this card are gray, keeping with the cool/calm tone of this card. It is 2-step stamped… no coloring!
That little hummer – might be my favorite.
What do you think? Nice stuff SU has designed.
Happy Stampin,
