I've determined May is manly May.  All year long we are indulgent and make cards following our heart.  That's lotsa fun, right?  BUT, what about the men in our lives… they deserve a card, right?  We do try to squeeze in a manly card here and there throughout the year… but May is specifically for manly men!  Hopefully this month's cards will cover your annual manly card needs.  

Ok… I admit, there are girly cards here… but each design began with a manly card. 

Floating Frame Cards:

Cool card, huh?  Well this card comes with a bit of a WARNING, Enter With Caution!

I love the outcome of the final card, but… well…  if you're a whiner, maybe the other card is the answer.  WHY you are probably asking?  Notice all those little floating pieces that create the Floating Frame?  You need to put dimensionals under each piece.  You will need to cut small dimensionals.  

You're saying… its worth it, right?  Okay, the process uses Press n Seal from the kitchen.  It leaves a hint of sticky behind on the floating pieces.  Is it still worth it to you?  GOOD, you are going to be thrilled with the results.  If you can handle cutting pieces and lotsa small dimensional pieces, please wear your Big Girl Pants and bold colored shirt and let's do this!  

We will use the stitched framelits.

Here's the girly version of the same card.  OH…  Making the floating frame is a one time (for 2 cards) process.  Hey, that makes this card a bit more user friendly, right?  

It's very pretty, huh?

Celebration Season Card:

I must admit I luv luv this card.  It's easy!  Does that say it all?  The gift/cupcake framelit does all the work. After assembling this card, use the Blends to color.  Yeah, you can get a bit fancy coloring if you want.  This card is so easy that it is 'ok' to take a minute and have fun coloring.  

I think I want a Red Velvet cupcake right now!
