November Projects

I'm ready for holiday cards! 

The seasons are changing, it's feeling COLD and it must be fire place time!  Bundling up in cozy sweaters and boots… it must be the holiday season!  With the changing weather we start thinking about the holidays, gathering with family and sending out greetings in our holiday cards. 

This month we will be making Christmas cards.  The Holiday Mini Catalog is full of great new sets and ideas.  The Embellished Ornament bundle has been a hot seller…  so let's use that set.  I can't wait for you to see the projects!  I'm quite pleased with them!!

Dove of Peace

This is a single wood stamp.  I was hesitant on purchasing it because it's just one stamp.  I did and I'm thrilled!  I have used it more than any other set in the mini catalog this year!!!  The stamp is just 'wanting to be colored'! 

Imagine having all the SU markers in front of you… what colors would you use? 

My DH suggested psychedelic 70's hippy colors but I decided traditional holiday colors might be a better fit.  I'm sure everyone's dove will be a bit different.  I look forward to seeing your creation.

Adding glitter to the wing tips creates a nice angelic feel to the dove.

May I say Bling!!!  The glitter paper, the foil paper are delightful! 

We will use the new holiday dsp from the mini catalog.  I really like each and every page/print from this package.  It's a great collection.

All these cards are much nicer in person… much more sparkle and shinier…
