Girlfriends Weekend – Nancy’s Project

It's that time of year again… Girlfriends weekend.  Oh, how we all look so forward to these few days together.  I thought I'd share the projects we made. 

This is Nancy's project.  How cute is that? 

 Nancy had us use the new envelope punch board to make the tab shape.  Don't cha just love this dsp Sweater Weather??? 

Check out the leaf.  We inked in sky blue, then used a sponge to apply yellow ink onto the ends of the leaf tips.  We cleaned the stamp after each stamp (or her sky pad would become muddy). 

That's not your usualy linen thread… it's the burlap ribbon strands!  Who knew!
