December projects

Okay, I"m not ready to give up the Christmas holiday yet…  December has 2 or 3 projects all about Christmas!  Just think – you can get started on your 2011 holiday cards NOW : )

VSP Stampers – 2nd Thursday @ 5p

Folsom Stampers – 3rd Friday @ 6

Friday Nite Stampers – 4th Friday @ 6p (date will probably change due to the holiday)

The Ornament card:

OMG, don't cha just love it?  Wait till you see it in person.  This project uses any ornament SU makes – they all fit into the SU punch.  Notice one card is flat and the others are 3D.  You can make either style.  The 3D version takes just a bit more work (but sooo worth it).  I used the pearls already connected for the ornament hanger.   
 
The Swing card:

Okay, this is my favorite.  One stamper commented to me this past month how she loves all the different folds.  I aim to please!  You see one side of the 'swing' when it's closed, and the other side of the 'swing' (focal) when you pull it opened.

Wait till you see this view/side in person…  The words are embossed in white (yep, for you Janie!) and when they are sponged with espresso, the white really stands out.
 
 
 

The words are cut out (no whining!)… they make this project super yummy!
 

Finally, a simple card.  Here's the New Year Card. 

The glasses are either colored with saffron marker and dazzling diamonds at the clink – or – colored with white smooch.  Both versions have crystal effects on the glasses.
