Janice has been having us make a paper flower each month… this one is made with quite a few layers of the scallop circle. You punch them and scrunch them. The flower brad is perfect in the middle to hold the flower together.
My favorite part of this card is the ruffle at the bottom! We used the eyelet punch, ran the strip of paper thru the … you know, that thing that makes the fun sound… Then, use sticky strip and pleat your strip of paper to make the ruffle. The ribbon covers the top edge.
