ShoeBox – All Occasion + … April 24th (7 stamper) – RSVP by 4/16

Yeah!!! It's ShoeBox time. Spring ShoeBox is focusing on All Occasion Cards (projects)

How is your greeting card stash these days? Imagine having that box full of a variety of cards! Now that you are a card maker, do you receive the pouty lip treatment if you give anything other than a homemade card? Attending the Spring ShoeBox on the 3rd will definitely give you a great start to filling your stash box with handmade greeting cards in ONE day! If you have attended this event in the past, you know how fun it is too!

Because we are a small group this time around, I'll be showing you how to do the 'glitter card' project. Remember the card I made as an invitation to wine day last year. Stamp on acetate with staz-on, and add glitter to the back of the acetate? I'll show you how to do that technique.

Your 'to do' list:

1. Bring a side dish to share. I'll provide drinks and a main dish (BBQ chicken and drinks).

2. Bring your basic supply kit (adhesive of choice, scissors, bone folder, hand stamped by stamp…)

3. Bring a box (doesn't need to be a shoe box) including all the materials to make your project. Each stamper will make 4 each from your box. You will need to watch my blog for updated numbers as the date nears (or make lots and YOU can make up your left overs after our event). If you are having a hard time coming up with your project – let me know … we can meet for coffee and get you going in the right direction. Also, it's Sale-a-bration time… if you need supplies, this is an awesome time to stock up!

4. OPTIONAL: photo for my blog – if you'd like to share your project in advance, send me a jpg file and I'll post it to this post. It's fun to see all the projects in advance… gives you something to anticipate!
