This stamp set was calling my name the minute I saw it online. I’ll admit… I am not in the mood (yet) for winters cold holiday cards… but this set, the moose smile in particular, stays happily in my mind. My darling Emma, after three weeks of travel and two upcoming months of travel, took a selfie, wearing a cap, snuggly under a fluffy blanket being comfy at home. I show this picture on the video. The hat, the snuggly and comfy made me think about moose again. It is time to do something with that set.
oh…. Another Emma note… she has two (3 now) raccoons she feeds cat food. They frequently visit her back porch and they are as cute as the raccoon in the set.
Guess what? I am about to hit a SU milestone and get to go on SU Incentive TRIIP!!! I say this with appreciate, gratefulness and gratitude to you that have been right by my side Playin Stamps!
I am regularly asked if I get to go on the SU Incentive Trips. I always reply no, those trips are for the BIG time demonstrators. Ya know, they are good at marketing, good at sales, just are business people. I will admit, I am in my room every day from 9 until 8 and certainly am busy always. To earn the trip, I need points, 40K worth of points. Points come from sales, new recruits and demonstrator advancement. Sales, well I hope the product will sell itself and I have remained consistent... but not nearly enough to think about hitting this milestone. Recruits, I encourage stampers to join (it is a really good deal and not scary) but only if they want to and they are 'into it'. This past year I have had 3 recruits and they are 'into it'. They have stuck with it. Because of them, I received points!!! As of August 1st, I'm 3K away from hitting 40K before 9/30! I mentioned it to Tony and he is so excited. I said I will buy 3K worth of white paper to get us on this trip!!! ...lol... he goes around telling everyone I won a trip because I sold 40K in a year. WELL... not really, ok, not half... but his excitement is endearing.
Here is my July Thank YOU card to those that placed orders thru me in July. Can you tell, I really, really appreciate you?
When covid hit and we were stuck at home, many picked up a new hobby and had time to do things at home that their busy life did allow for in the past. I was thrilled my husband was home. What does he do when he is at home, he is outside working on Stuff. SO.... I spent time out there too. Before covid we removed the old concrete around the house and the driveway and poured new. It is colored, textured and beautiful. We also freshened up the concrete layout allowing for garden beds. After months of new concrete and yucky dirt beds, we got busy. On the weekends we would grab coffee, go to a nursery, buy plants, stop at a restaurant, eat in the truck, come home and plant our new beauties. We would get what looked good and there is no rhythm to our planting. Fast forward a few years, OMG... Mother Nature is amazing! This card is a snapshot of some of that beauty.

I must mention a few friends (that are gardeners) somehow knew about our adventure and gave us seeds and bulbs (Jacque). Those don't immediately just up and smile. After months, they would grow and shine! As a matter of fact, Barbara S, the gladiolas are stunning!
I LOVE this bundle! If you don't mind a bit of coloring, a vintage hint and would like a few 'any occasion' cards to have on hand, this might be a Project Box for you!
