My Thank You Card for November (shorts)

Here is my Thank You card for those that placed an order with me in November. I should have made Thank You cards all along – so there is no time like NOW to 'get r'dun".

If you subscribe to my YouTube Channel, you know how much fun I've had with these tree dies (see below) and the Be Dazzling DSP (from SAB). I've made 3 different cards (because I couldn't choose just one).

Sooooo…. since the covid pandemic, I've tried to do new things – including YouTube. That has been fun. YouTube has a Creator SideBar suggesting hints to be more successful. I've watched a few and they usually focus on very general topics (understandable as they cover ALL topics).

A few months ago they suggested earning money (huhhhh, me, really) on making Shorts. My first thought was I'm not in the mood to find my sewing machine and make an outfit. Anyhow, I watched the 3 minute overview. I was challenged to make a quick video and click the 'shorts' button and maybe make a few bucks! After a few months (ya, that was late summer and here we are in November) I thought this card is easy! Maybe this is the card to make a Shorts. I couldn't find anymore information on the topic so I googled it. Well, that promotion is over. …pout… Well, do a video in under one minute! … not!… My videos serve a purpose – to show y'all stuff. I guess this was their attempt in competing with TikTok. So, because I finally found a good card to do fast (sigh… not under one minute…) I was excited about this little challenge (ya, all in my head). I went forward with my quick video.

It is 5.15 minutes! I tried not to talk, just show.

Looking at the YouTube stats, well… well, its not a complete flop but I did get a few thumbs down. I did receive a few very nice messages. But amongst myself, it was a challenge and something different.
