Magic Card – Color & Contour

May 14, 2021

Are you up for a challenge?  This project is really, really cool.  Hmmmm, I need to find better adjectives!

As you pull up the ribbon, the image magically becomes colored!  WhaaaaaaaaaT!  Yup, it's MAGIC!

I'm embarrassed to mention the video tutorial length… BUT, I want you to have success and took time to carefully go over all the details.  Once you make one, the following cards will be easy because you understand the concept.  Remember the first time you stamped?  All those tools: bone folder, adhesive, machine, die cutting, embossing folders… It all was foreign.  Now, if I put these tools in front of you, no problem!

There are 3 different ways to color your card front:
1. stamp/color with Blends
2. stamp/color with a 2 step stamp…no coloring!
3. use DSP and matching window sheet overlay … no coloring!

There are 3 templates in the Project Box to aid you as you make this masterpiece.  Here are photos of the templates:
I'll attach these photos soon… I used my phone to take the photos instead of my tablet and they won't upload… frown…

Below are the products used and cut paper sizes.

Let me know if you want to give this project a try.
