Very Vintage Birthday Card from Janice

I have a spring birthday and my dear friend Janice sent me this lovely birthday card.  Again, it's another card I have had on display for months and today I'm finally taking a minute to share it with you.

Janice doesn't mind fussy cutting.  It certainly pays off with this card (and all her projects).  I included her blog link at the bottom of this post if you would like to see more.  She does incredible work.
