Have you done this background yet? OMG, talk about fun!!! I planned on making just 4 sample cards but couldn't stop. It's so much fun!
Do you notice the swirls of color on the background paper? This 1st project uses marina, coral and curry. The 2nd project uses mint, sand and gray.
Card insides are always nice.
… so if you attended the last Spotlight class, microbeads… this Shaving Cream class will be similar. I have 5 boxes of choices ready. I'll take you thru the steps on the 1st project and then set you free. I LOVE seeing your creativity at work. You all are amazing. You can plan on 16 (or so) panels of shaving cream papers. Each panel will make 1 or 2 cards. Most likely you will make 3 or 4 cards and go home full of inspiration and ready to use your product at home to complete your remaining panels.
This simple butterfly is a nice focal point for this card.
The card below uses the shaving cream paper cut in half.
I found I like the softer, less ink backgrounds best. The Happy Birthday/balloon card is one of my favorites. I made it for my son's upcoming birthday. I'll bring all my number framelits.
Okay, I saved the best for last. As I started thinking about what sets to gather and what would look good with shaving cream panels I kept thinking about ocean cards. What do you think?
I had to buy a few items (that darn quarterly quota) on the 31st and supplemented our stamp set choices! I hope you will use them! More beach sets, more travel and manly sets.
I hope to see you and play stamps.
Happy Stampin,
