Girlfriends Weekend – Kathy’s Project

This is Kathy's card.  She makes me really like Washi Tape!  We used the stamp set Kinda Eclectic.  I liked her card so much I asked if I could use it as one of my October projects.

I love how she had us put bling on the background sunburst to make it seem like it's shimmering.  So nice, so pretty!
