April Projects

 Here are the April projects…

Burlap!  Wha hoo…  the latest trend.  Everything is burlap lately (okay, to me, it stinks!).

This project mixes masculine burlap and colors with swirls and flowers.  I heard quite a few stampers say they'd be using this card for their man…  I think it will work!

 When you look at the different cards, notice the blue yellow one?   I sponged everything.  What a difference it makes! 

Butterfly card

I love this lay out.  SU came out with these awesome Sesigner Builder Brads that come with a domed self adhesive epoxy bubble that sticks over the top of the brad.  It's a perfect way to coordinate your paper/tiny image/colors by placing the image under the bubble.  This project, we decided not to use the bubble. 

Anne decided to double up her butterfly… I copied her idea.  I love it when stampers improve the projects!

SU has a cleaver promotion for their 25 year anniversary!!!  Best Of stamp sets.  Each month they will release a new stamp set containing a handful of old/retired images that were well loved + one new never seen before stamp.  This hydrangea card uses the Best of Flowers stamp set.  Remember this stamp as a huge hostess stamp?  Remember how we loved it?  It's small and very usable now!!! 

Coloring in the flower was sooo much fun. 

 Glitter makes everything better… no matter what!
