August Projects

Ahhh… I love this month's projects!

Not So Seriously:

Personally, I call this the butt project!  That lady and her snappy little phrase is wonderful.  SU is good enough to include a few other (almost as snappy) little phrase sets and cute images…  (that woman might not be everyon'e style). I wanted to use this set (everyone is snatching it up) and wanted to use the new scallop dotted ribbon.  Because it is chocolate, I needed to find some fun colors to spice up the project.  Kirsten had stopped by for a day of stampin and helped come up with these color combos!  (LUV the lime chocolate combo.)

We will be coloring!  MOST stampers love coloring (we won't talk about cutting!)… it seems to take us back to grade school.

Isn't she beautiful???  She took time to pretty up for you using glitter on her eye lashes, earrings and shoes… it seems a bit fell on her caboose too!

Faith in Nature (Flower card):

I love this hostess set!  At convention – sooo many girls used this set for their swap card.  It's wonderful.  The card is simple, quick and still nice and elegant.  Having these cards on hand are great because there is no greeting. 

Bling or pearl are one of the nice finishing touches.  A few of the cards called out for more bling… they have glitter on them.  (I honestly tried to go a month without bling – NOT!  As the projects were finalized, I had a whole in my stampin creative sole…  Once I blinged this project, and that woman… ahh, everything is right in the world!  lol)

Man Card:

I love the neutrals…  perfect for a man card.  You'll have your choice of 3 sets (In Wilderness, Plant Hope and Extreme Elements) because all our guys aren't wilderness dudes, or tropical vacation dudes, or rad/skateboard dudes. 

Mooo (well, what does a buffalo do???)!
