Many Birthdays in May

Every family has one month full of birthdays.  Ours is May! 

I wanted to make a card for some special people in my life… and it has to be a good one.  I turned to my huge pile of designer paper for inspiration.  As a stamper, I want to ask you… do you buy designer paper because you just must have it???   … then, do you hoard (not use) it because it's so pretty?  What's wrong with this scenario?  Hum – becoming a collector of designer paper is NOT the plan here!  With this life changing realization fresh in my mind, I decided to use some of my favorite designer paper! 

Here's the end result!  I used the embossing folder on the vanilla paper, and used the smooch paint over the high points of the embossed image.  Pearls accenting the folder is a definite.  The hat pin – full of crystal and pearls is the perfect finishing touch.  Well, okay, the satin ribbon is icing on the cake too!
